my dasher was great and efficient however your quality at the michigan city location for food needs a bit of an overhaul this 2025. my chicken sandwiches this entire 2024 year have been hard in the center or the buns are dried out. really small avoidable things for food quality

I kept trying to give this restaurant a chance because I prefer Wendy's to any other fast food restaurant for breakfast. This morning was perfect!! Everything was fresh and the cream cold brew NEVER disappoints!

Wendy's never ceases to amaze me with how consistently disappointing they are. If it's not the old, stinky oil they fry their nuggies in that imparts such a delicate, musky flavor, it's the dry, overcooked "grilled" chicken on a salad full of withered lettuce wrapped in plastic rather than with a real lid. At least they remembered the Caesar dressing after I asked for Ranch. 3/10, will likely dine again but, as usual, I won't enjoy it.
Food good. Pickles.
