YUMMMM! I wasn't aware there's a dim sum restaurant out here in the O.C. even existed until I used DoorDash. Now I can order all my favorites without having to take a road trip to L.A.Yay! All my favorites were fabulously delicious except for the Steam BBQ Pork Buns (Banh Bao Xa Xiu), which were a tad bit bland, and the buns were too sticky, in my opinion. I'm giving the Dim Sum Co. a 4-star rating. I enjoyed eating the Shrimp Dumplings (Ha Cao) & Pork & Shrimp Dumplings (Xiu Mai) were huge, bigger than the normal size dumplings that are served at the Dim Sum restaurants in L.A. I can't wait to taste the Egg Custard Buns (Banh Boa Cade)!
