This was my first time trying Bao Dumpling. It won't be my last. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup is hearty and delicious. Nice big slices of beef, mounds of slurpable noodles, green onions, and a boiled egg half in a dark beef broth in what we old-timers would call a "Jethro bowl". It is a full meal. Perfect for a chilly day. It was so filling that I am forced to save my dumplings for tomorrow. Fortunately, they were delivered in containers with good lids. I will say that they are definitely fluffy dumplings. They looked and smelled incredible. All-in-all, this is straight-up comfort food. Absolutely recommend!

Got the dan dan noodles. They were a little too salty and the portion was small, the container was only filled about halfway. The meat tasted a little old as well. I would not order this again sadly.

The Pork & Green Onion Handmade Dumplings(16Pcs) 猪肉大葱水饺 were juicy and delicious! The Braised Beef 卤牛肉 was a little too dry for my taste, but tender and flavorful. I will definitely get the dumplings again!

For delivery. Chinese cabbage and pork dumplings good size and tasted great, I prefer pan fried as well but there was no option. Beef noodles were okay, broth was too salty and one note. Overall enjoyed and would go again but in store.

Braised Beef & Tomato Noodle Soup 番茄牛肉面 The noodles are the best I've ever had! Perfect balance of chewy and tender. Broth was hearty and not skimping on flavor. The beef was terrible though. Over cooked and had a weird texture because of that. Maybe it was just this one time. I'd give 5 stars if the beef was even a little better.
Braised Chicken Quarter 卤鸡腿 also seemed over cooked causing bad texture.
Get the Handmade Noodle soups and/or Handmade Dumplings.
