Order was ready quickly, it was accurate and had plenty of toppings on it, the Nachos were delicious, and the service at pickup was attentive and friendly. it seems there may have been some improvements to this location since my last visit and I'm very pleased to see that.

My bowl arrived cold even though Door Dash was super fast and less than 5 minutes away from the store. I couldn't even eat the guacamole that I paid almost $3 for. I scooped it off the top and placed it to the side. Something was very off with the guac. I love Barbs but the JC campus location needs to step it up! This isnt my first negative experience with this store in particular.

This store continues to disappoint with pickup orders. I ordered the nachos and tonight they were missing my rice and the other toppings were rather light. Besides this, the food is pretty decent and fresh but this location struggles massively with order accuracy.

Skimpy portion sizes. I find it ridiculous when im paying $15 for a Burrito Bowl and it shows up 1/2 full. Not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time I order from this store.
