The order took so long my guests left...BR didn't have what I ordered and didn't let me know until the dasher was there and they had her call and inform me. I changed part of my order only to be called again and asked if I wanted them to hand pack what I ordered because the flavors I wanted were going to cost more!
VERY long story short, out of 31 supposed flavors, they sent me a vanilla shake and two prepacked quarts of ice cream my remaining guests didn't like and they left too. Delilah the Dasher was SO professional and patient. She apologized for Baskin Robbins and was truly sorry our EXPENSIVE treat and evening were ruined. I truly feel the BR workers should get retrained. Also, customer service is not funny-when I was told twice that the flavors for the shake were not available, I asked what flavors they did have and the response was did I want him to name all 31 flavors that were available... I'm too upset to go on about this. I think you get the idea. this was a terrible experience.
