I order the same 2 items a lot. probably twice a week. however this time the milkshake was watery. I don't know if you hired new people, but I was pretty upset. please make sure the quality of your product.

Ordered two triple scoop ice creams. One was full to the top with a topping added and the other barely made it to the top. The banana was smooshy. Not the normal experience we have with them.

I love Baskin -Robins... it's my favorite ice cream place. The only complaint I have is that they don't allow extra toppings to be added when ordering ice cream on Door Dash. If this could be changed... it would make ordering on the app way better, and would increase profits per purchase, just saying!
