I absolutely LOVE Baskin-Robbins! They have the All time BEST ICE CREAM!! Especially compared to all of the other Ice Cream Shops! They have decent prices that aren't sky high are low. I got their pint of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

I ordered a Brownie Sundae and when I went to eat it I was stunned when I saw that they had given me a half of the container full. When this costs over $8 I expected to get a container with more than half of what I ordered. This is the first time I've ever experienced this before. It's because of this I'm skeptical of getting Ice Cream from anywhere else other than Cold Stone. I can always trust that I'll get what I pay for.

this is the 2nd time in a row that I've specifically ordered maraschino cherries as one of my toppings and didn't get it, and hardly any hot fudge... like just a little drizzle. this place sure has gone downhill. They used to be my favorite.

We ordered Banana Royales and all we had were bananas. Both had maybe a half scoop of ice cream in each one. Disappointing for the amount you pay.
