The store ran out of chocolate ice cream to make my second Milkshake and called me to let me know. I was appreciative for the call! I ordered another flavor. To that individual I say thank you!!!

Banana split was not even prepared. Banana was just stuck in bag, ice cream scoops were each 1/2 scoops, ordered almonds on it they were not on split. Look at the picture itook upon receiving my order. I also ordered a waffle cone for the ice cream bowl - was charged for it but never received it They have gone down in service so much I wonder why they are even open. It 's a shamethis was one of my favor ice cream places

I order this all the time. This time I barely had any ice cream. My so called 2 scoops were in the 1 scoop cup. Too much money to not receive what I ordered. Very dissatisfied
