I just discovered Cappuccino Blast. This is my second one and now I am a fan. This Baskin-Robbins store has never let me down. It is terrific and the Dashers who serve it is just as great.

I ordered a 3 Scoop Sundae, and got a disaster. The container didn't even have two scoops. Dasher called and told me they didn't have a *topping* not an entire scoop of ice cream. Plus, they didn't even bother to give a refund.

I paid for extra hot fudge on our hot fudge Sundae; this is what I got. I put my own whipped cream on and scraped it off before taking the picture, but otherwise this is what both sundaes looked like, costing nearly 15.00 each.

Their ice cream is good as always, but I wish I actually got what I ordered. I paid for a Double Scoop of mint chip and cookie dough but got mint chip and what I believe is plain chocolate. Incredibly disappointed. Tastes fine but I expect to receive what I actually order. At least they can't mess up the Pre-Packed Quart I ordered
