this is one of fav places to buy food.They are authentic indian cuisine. I really love thier portion, and the Vindaloo tasted so good. There was also a lot of pieces of beef in my curry. Overall recommend this dish and this place

Butter Chicken was absolutely DELICIOUS! Cumin Rice was cooked perfectly. Garlic Naan was fresh. All of the food was awesome. We were all full and even had enough to save for tomorrow. We would definitely order again.

the Tikka Masala Thali lunch is what I ordered & I was pleased with the portion size & that in addition to the food pictured, it also came with a cup of white rice, a sleeve of Naan. a ramekin of some sort of yogurt sauce, & another that i have no idea what it is :-) it is a nice amount of food for the cost. Not a fan of the presentation of the food, but the taste was good.

First time ordering from this restaurant. The Golgappa shots I felt were very overpriced, I only received 5 for about 10 USD. In addition, they were soggy and not worth the price. The dal makhani was a very pleasant suprise, it was creamy and flavorful. Naan was soft and well-made. 4 stars because of the Golgappa shots which I wont be ordering again.

We've eaten in at Bay Leaf before and it's been great, but the take out left much to be desired. My mom enjoyed the Butter Chicken, but my partner and I both got Chicken Tikka Masala that had very little sauce and charred pieces of chicken. Both orders of Chicken Tikka Masala seemed to be mild even though my partner ordered medium - it seems like they just made one dish and split it between the two of us. Both Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala usually come with rice at the restaurant as far as I recall, but we only received one container of rice for the three meals, so I ended up needing to make more rice at home. Maybe I'm wrong about what normally comes with rice and what doesn't, but the DoorDash listing is certainly not clear about what does and doesn't come with rice. We were definitely disappointed, especially given the prices. We'll dine in at Bay Leaf in the future but won't be getting take out.
