Boneless box is an okay alternative to the expensive larger boneless orders. Cheese sticks are now MUCH smaller than I have seen in the past. These are too small for the price.

Usually don't encounter reheated chicken from this place but this order was absolutely disappointing. Chicken was definitely reheated. Dry and chewy. Charging nearly $120 on reheated chicken is not okay. Please do better.

As others have mentioned, the size of the wings shrank so much. It's around 60% of their original size. At its current portion, it just doesn't worth $20 for me.
