The chick wings were big but tastel , Ihad to add season blend to give it some flavor . Same for the cabbage, and pototae salad . Pototoe sa was dry .

I ordered one piece of flounder through DoorDash, all I asked for was salt and pepper. It had katch up all over it. I'm allergic to ketch up. it was hard and burnt like they use old oil i was not able to eat it

I ordered mostly for the fried chicken wings. They were beautiful looking and tasted real good. Seasoned just right. However, they weren't like they once were. There was something extra special about the crust before. * Other than freshness and seasoning, the main downfall of most restaurants is " inconsistency!" Customers want their food as consistent as possible! That's why they keep coming back. Bbq town is a bit inconsistent. It's always good in away, but you never really know how something will taste. The ribs were worse this time. Taste like they were boiled. No smokey flavor. I should have skipped them and just ordered the wings. The ribs need improvement! The potato salad was excellent!! So were the greens. Not too much vinegar. Seasoned just right. The corn bread looks beautiful. I haven't tasted it. However, their corn bread has always been good. The lima beans taste good, too. No utensils! No napkins! That's why I gave 4 stars. The ribs need jazzing up.
