Love this place. Only issue that makes me feel like an annoyance is I try to create my own bowl doing half and half base but it isn't an option for special requests or accomodations and cant be added in the utensils request section. I have to call in every time and i know that's highly inconvenient for both parties. Been told a few times to try again and it still hasnt worked and has been over a month now. See attached picture
Felt bad cus it seems like only one person was working so they werent able to answer the phone and sounded super stressed cus they had already finished my order and was working on a ton of other orders. Felt bad like i was wasting their time calling cus they had orders to work on. This is more of a complaint towards door dash to get their ish together than it is for berry brand.
Overall the food is 10/10 but ordering is like a 7/10.

Fresh, flavorful, and beyond delicious! All the bowl bases are truly amazing. Ube Dream and Coconut Dream mixed - wow - nothing like it out there. Lots of copycats but this place takes the crown! AND they are not stingy with toppings at all!! Super friendly team :)

Best of the best, cant get enough. Crazy fresh, everything is delicous, ubedream is a game changer, absurd amount of toppings, and not insanley priced as other places - that lack quality!
