The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich is so good. I loved the fries and that mustard Bbq sauce is amazing. I did have it door dashed to hospital where I was staying with my mom. It would have been nice if they had given me the proper Utensils,I had 2 spoons and a fork. I needed to cut that big boy. Then they forgot to pack my drink. My poor driver insisted she go back, so I had to wait another 10 min for that. Then I get it and its not even full and she said mgr fixed it. smh!!! This was my first time at this location and using door dashed, so I wasn't happy they messed up, kinda disappointed actually, But since food tasted great and my driver was super nice is the only reason for the 5 stars.

Wanted love this place and have a new chicken go to for family dinners.... but.... Small portions, large prices. Seasoning is not as good as Main Bird or Howdys Hot. Low value and mediocre taste for your money.

I ordered the Original Big Chicken. It was thin, salty, and wasn't wrapped well along with the BC Fries ; which were sliced very thin for steak fries. I tried this restaurant because of Shak, and I don't believe the order I received represents what he wants for customers!

I received the crumbs of popcorn chicken. Not the crispy tender thigh meat of popcorn chicken I received before. My macaroni and cheese had unmelted cheese on the top of it and Ive never had this experience before. Wasnt my best experience.

Everything was undercooked.chicken was like rubber & not fully cooked. My BC Fries was underlike also like hard potatoes not fully cooked.. i ate this once before and it wasnt good so I said ill give them another try to make sure and it still wasnt good at all
