Phenomal is an understatement. Honored special requests and oh my goodness. Have had their desserts before and they were amazing too but this one with the chocolate and pistacios , oh my goodness, heaven in a dessert, this is so good . 100/5 stars !!!!!!

I had a frustrating experience picking up my order at Big Dash. When I arrived, I noticed a long line, so I approached a staff member, Mohammad, to show him my phone screen since my order was already paid for and should have been a simple handoff. However, he told me his friend would assist me and went back to helping other customers.
I stood there waiting for several minutes with no progress, so I asked Mohammad again if he had informed his friend. Meanwhile, another DoorDash driver behind me in line asked about their order. Mohammad immediately left his spot, checked on their order, verified it, and handed it over—all while continuing to ignore me. When I reminded him again, he asked another staff member, who dismissed me by saying they were busy (this person was wearing all black and scanning items).
After all this, Mohammad finally asked Issa to assist me. Issa then informed me that they were out of walnut baklava, so I requested a substitution with pistachio. He began filling my order but then started helping other customers, setting my box aside. When I asked him to complete my order, he told me to wait.
When he finally handed me the box, I noticed it was missing two baklavas. I pointed this out, but he simply said they didn’t have the walnut. However, I had already told him to substitute it with something else. Despite paying the full amount, I was given fewer items than I ordered.
Overall, the pickup experience was incredibly disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
