1/3lb Brisket was moist and delicious BBQ Baked Beans had just a hint of spice, and the Sweet Potato was baked excellently. Food is always good from Blue Ember Smokehouse!!!

The food was great. I tried the kickin apple sauce and it was really good. The baked potato was HUGE! Great portion on side item as well. Id recommend they dont staple the recipe to the bag where we grab it by the loop. I cut my finger picking it up.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, the little bit of fat on the 1/3lb Brisket was more like a savory jelly, it was delicious and I hate fatty parts normally. 1/3lb Brisket was a 10/10 as were both sauces, the BBQ Baked Beans, and Potato Salad. Great spot for a BBQ fix of any kind.

Very good. Moist brisket, great ribs, love the sausage and pulled pork. They didn't give me the bbq sauce I asked for but, I used some I had in the fridge at home. Love the Potato Salad. I actually prefer the BBQ Baked Beans from Demos to theirs but, they are still good.

First time ever ordering and will, without a doubt, be back. I got the 1/3lb Turkey Breasty, burnt 1/3lb Burnt Ends, Potato Saladand BBQ Baked Beans. Everything was absolutely amazing. And dont skip out on their Kickin' Apple. Its not super spicy! Love this place
