Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I ordered the 3 piece dark meal and the chicken was ok, the mashed potatoes was alright. It took longer than expected for them to prepare my order. The chicken wasn't fresh out of the fryer, so they couldn't have been waiting for the chicken to cook.

Food came fast and hot but to charge an add $4 for extra chicken and its the same amount for a regular port was disappointing, food tasted good

Bojangles BE&C is a great little breakfast. I added coffee, another great choice. It was good. I opened the door for some fresh air and before you know it my Dasher was standing there. I'll be doing this again.

My order was missing a bacon egg and cheese combo. When I called customer service they offered a refund but said if I wanted the combo I would have to do another door dash order, when the second order arrived the drink was a tea and my receipt states I ordered a medium Pepsi . I called the store and they didn't even offer an apology. Not wanting to use either service at this point because of the extra money I had spent and the lack of concern from Bojangles and Door Dash customer service. And my Bo berry biscuit was hard and didn't really have the extra icing as requested.

The Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combo was not fully cooked. The sausage biscuit was burnt and you could not even eat it , it was so hard, it was truly inedible.
