• DoorDash order-The Cold Skin Noodles凉皮 are amazing, the sauces really threw me back to Xinjiang/China, the noodles are nice a chewy, and rest of the topings are nice and fresh. Ideally there would be more toppings (tofu sponge, cucumber, and cilantro) and more sauce - again delicious!!
-The Lamb Kabab烤羊肉串 was perfectly cooked with delicious and authentic seasoning. Con: $5/skewer is a bit expensive considering it's a small.
-The Saozi Noodles 哨子面 were good. Great portion, vegetables were nice. Not my favorite dish on the menu but still good.
Preparation was quick, delivery was great.
Overall, im very satisi and look for to going back again soon!!

• DoorDash orderSuper authentic Uyghur food! The flavors in that lamb kabab are right on and super nice stir-fried rice noodles and Uyghur Style Polo! Even the lagmen and Uyghur Naan we ordered on side are super delicious, chewy and authentic! The only thing is that the rice in the Uyghur Style Polo are a bit undercooked. Not sure if it's because we ordered in the afternoon and its not dinner time yet. But other than that everything tastes very good!
