Bruster's began in 1989 with Bruce Reed, the "Bruce" in Bruster's, and his desire to serve fresh, handcrafted ice cream to the neighborhood. Our commitment to providing exceptional, small batch ice cr…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Bruster’s on Vaughn Road is the kindest, sweetest place in Montgomery—hands down.
I ordered a banana split from this location after one of the hardest, most emotional days I’ve had in a long time. I left a small note on my order just saying I was having a bad day—not expecting anything. But what I received? Pure kindness and compassion.
The team included a handwritten note wishing me a better day, gave me chocolate syrup on the side in case I didn’t want it mixed in, and added extra cherries like they knew my soul needed it. They even recommended a flavor I hadn’t tried before—Blueberry Cobbler—and wow. Just wow. It’s now a new favorite.
I cried opening that order. Not because of the ice cream (though it was perfect), but because someone took the time to care. That small act of kindness meant the world to me. Truly.
I’ve since gone back and ordered again—this time just a bowl of the Blueberry Cobbler—and the quality and service were once again flawless. Every person

More than ice cream—this was a hug in a cup.
I ordered from Bruster’s on Eastern Blvd after one of the most exhausting and emotionally draining days I’ve had in a long time. I made a small note in my order about having a rough day… and the kindness that came from that store absolutely floored me.
They didn’t just prepare my banana split (which was perfection, by the way)—they included a handwritten note wishing me a better day, put the chocolate syrup on the side just in case, suggested their new flavor to cheer me up, and then added extra cherries like they knew exactly what my heart needed.
And y’all… that Blueberry Cobbler ice cream? Life-changing. It tastes like summer, comfort, and emotional healing in one scoop. I don’t even like fruit-based ice cream usually, and I was scraping the cup like it owed me money.
The care this team put into my order was genuine, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated. In a world where most people are just trying to get through the day, this Bruster’s

ice cream is good flavor and texture but the topping are just not there! Lots of banana in the split but that it ..disappointing. The brownie sundae lots of brownie and very good but little to no fudge..disappointed (for that price and picture show lots of fudge)..I was sad.

Don’t ever expect it to not be melted. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but it's every single time it will be completely liquified in the bowl. I'm less than 10 minutes from them. It's unacceptable. They also consistently mess up the order. If you order more than one thing, expect them to combine the orders and put them in one large cup. Absolutely ridiculous. Dairy Queen doesn't even come melted or mess up this much.
