TACO TRIO made exactly as ordered, was fresh and delicious.
SALAD - Taco salad was made perfectly with items I picked. Was delicious
CHIPS AND QUESO chips are sturdy enough for dipping and easy to bite into. HOUSE SALSA delicious with chunks of vegetables and just a touch of spice. GUACAMOLE perfectly made with bite size chunks.
Portions are large and so very tasty!

TOSTADA SALAD was absolutely delicious and huge! couldn't finish it. CHIPS AND LARGE SALSA Also delicious, salsa was freshly made. the chips were cold but heated up were so good. Many options to choose from to make your meal customized. Definitely will order again!

Burrito was delicious but very small without the rice even with extra steak feel like for a $16 burrito it could have been much bigger.

I got the bowl with shredded chicken, sour cream, pico, black beans and guacamole. I selected the mango habanero flavor- which btw goes on the protein (I wasn't sure when ordering). ITS DELICIOUS!! Mango habanero is sweet with a spicy after taste, but not overly spicy, just a nice heat. Hubby got the chiwawa with beef and nacho cheese- he's in heaven.

Dear Bubbakoo,
I'm a new customer, and a fan. Would love to share my constructive love with you.
I've ordered Dilla twice now (because, as my son would say, beans aren't my cup of tea). The steak n shrimp Dilla is scrumptious. Your JALAPENO POPPERS are the best! Maybe even favorite-food best. Your egg rolls are yummy, fry cook is on point. Today, I'd say "go a bit easier on the Dilla oil." We dont want to give the cholesterol conscious a reason to say no thank you. (2/7/25 Dilla was perfection. When it flakes just a tad, you've nailed it).
Dad would never try your eatery, Mom says he doesnt eat beans or Mexican. Wish I could order a wrap, no beans need to attend. If you're not a chain restaurant; maybe consider dropping 'Burrito' in your name. I think the doors would open left and right, even by my Dad.
You can do it! Nice job!!
