Food was good but for the third time forgot my Carrot & Celery Boat X 2. Also forgot my dressing for side salad. Definitely need to work on training to double check all items.

They were training someone in the pick up area- she was super sweet, but the lady training her basically said they (BWW) doesn't care if orders for DoorDash are right and that she didn't need to check it. I checked it- and was missing my Side Salad dressing- a salad they had in the hot box with the Boneless Wings, BTW. The Side Salad was very small for the price. I'd been craving BWW for awhile, and since there online ordering never works, I used DoorDash to get some. I'm probably good for awhile after this experience.

Chips and salsa were very good presentation and quantity, but chicken tenders should definitely be much larger, as they were pretty small and dry. They only filled a tiny little corner of the box.

The Saucy Chicken Sandwich was really tasty. My side order of loaded fries were amazing. Personally, the sandwich could have used a bit more sauce, but no complaints on the portions or taste. Packaging was secure, and contents were warm and fresh on arrival.
