The new golden flavor was great. The Nashville hot was just so so. Asian zing and caribean jerk are always on point.

I ordered two things of cheese dip and they werent in the bag when delivered. 99% of the time I order BWW something is ALWAYS missing. Horrible To-Go service.

Door Dash was great! But BWW left off essentials from our meal. No lettuce or tomato on the BLT and the bread was so burnt it was hard to bite into. Therewere no sauces for the sampler - salsa, marinara, ranch or onion ring sauce. And no chicken or cheese on the nachos. So we had dry chips and nothing to dip them in. And a BLT with just burnt toast and bacon.
