I was so impressed about how quickly we received our delivery! Your Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairmont, WV exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious! The customer service was awesome!

Disappointing experience for a BW3, but it's new so maybe will improve to at least an average BW standard. The cheesesticks were completely inedible-hollowed out/empty inside every one of them. Then the curds were similarly over-fried and dried. We ordered 20 wings and chose 3 flavors...assumed they would divide the flavors somewhat equally, like 7/7/6, not 10/5/5?! Thankfully we only did get 5 habanero wings though, because there was only a few celery and 1 little ranch cup! Maybe we messed up on how the wing selections should be done. If not, maybe re-work that part of the order screen so the user is aware of how multi-flavor selections work. The actual wings were good/flavorful. Crispy and cooked thoroughly. We will try again in a few weeks! They will do better!

I was not impressed for what I paid for the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap it was small and the chicken was very dry. The Regular Tater Tots were good though.
