With me having a previous order of the fries, I knew what I was getting with a high quality of food! My order this time was the Meat Fries and the garden salad! The Meat Fries were all I expected and more! Excellent food! On the other hand, although I didn't get a chance to get to the Regular Salad , the ingredients were fresh! The only flaw in the Regular Salad was the notion of the green bell peppers! Not my cup of tea! The portion was more than I can eat at one session!

They actually went through the trouble to Saran wrap the chili cheese fries to ensure they wouldn't spill and stayed warm. The bacon cheeseburger is great, but it's all high quality. Consistently high quality, my favorite late-night delivery order.

MY DOUBLE BACON CHEESEBURGER WAS TERRIBLE. THE MEAT HAD VERY LITTLE TASTE, AND THE LETTUCE-ONCE AGAIN-WAS WILTED.THE FRIES WEREN'T FRESH AND POORLY SEASONED. I DID ENJOY MY JAMAICA DRINK.OVERALL, THE BURGER FACTORY GETS A GENEROUS D+. $18 DOWN THE DRAIN!

the Hot Wings chicken had a weird taste.. fries were decent, I got light salt. My only complaint is packaging.. ALL of my sauce spilled out so my wings were dry. Suggestion: Pack the plate first and condiments on top of the plate, then tie it air tight so that the food doesnt move/spill en route.
