Food was still warm when arrived which is a plus. I added lettuce, bacon and mayo to the Burger and removed the pickles. Turns out they only gave me bacon and kept the pickles on. Not what I asked for. Also.. no straw.. which is not uncommon with DDing. Churro Fries are amazing though!

This store routinely screws up orders.
bag sealed as if order was complete. literally half the order was missing. calls to store go unanswered. husband drove over, and there were a bunch of other customers there for missing items incorrect orders.

I ordered a shake with my food and was surprised to see that the top of the lid was wide open. seems like a possible safety issue to me. there is usually a closed lid with tape over it so you can tell if it was tampered with

the chicken fries must have been sitting around since yesterday. they are shriveled dry and honestly awful. I hate going into this restaurant because you can literally wait 10 minutes just to be waited on, but the food was never awful. I think I'm just plain done with this place now.

My large onion rings were almost empty. The bag was sealed so the Burger King must not have filled the container. It's not like I can go back and get the rest of the order.
