my Bacon Melt was not the right sandwich it was super small with only one patty and it was cold! The 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies were also hard!

The food isn't always fresh. Sometimes, you're given food that was made prior to the order. Over cooked chicken fries and or old. Always forgetting the sauces for the chicken nuggets.
