This is by far the best fast food restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. At BK I always expect delicious tomatoes, tasty onions & fresh lettuce I truly enjoyed my meal thank you very much it was truly a special meal <3

Sandwich was overcooked or old and cold. Two big chunks of the white part of the lettuce...gross.
it's freezing and currently snowing, so I didn't expect the fries to be hot. Not good

Everything was good with the exception of the very expensive churros 4 small ones was 6.49 that were suppose to come with a chocolate dipping sauce that was missing.

All the food was hot. The Onion Rings were good, not hard. French Fries taste fresh and they were not hard on the ends. Fish was softly cooked and done.
