They forgot multiple items. That happens, it sucks and is due to carelessness but it isn't the reason for the poor rating. Someone dumped way too much spice in the basic chicken burrito. I like spicy food and this was over the top, obviously a mistake but don't they taste their food before they serve it?

The food is always good. But add ons are never consistent. If you order fajitas they automatically come with tortillas but if you add more they never come. And you get 4 but they fall apart so really you only get 2 stuck together. That's why I add extra. They charge but don't add them. They also don't add salsa. Give me a break. Consistently missing stuff and it sucks. Food is great tho. Even the burgers. Super tasty they used to give your add ins and sides in little cups. Not anymore. Idk. Someone needs to redo their DoorDash menu. Which I can do for free
