Prosciutto Arugula was to die for, classic NY brought me back to Queens...they have absolutely nailed it!!!!! The dough is made to absolute perfection. The best part? Its imported 00 flour from Italy. I finally found authentic NY pizza in Florida. Grandmas meatballs are the best I've ever had, highly recommend!! Run, don't walk to Capo Pazzo, this is a true gem and an amazing addition to the Sarasota area.

The salad and dressing I ordered (lemon vinaigrette) were excellent and the chicken topper was a generous portion and seasoned very well. The ONLY reason for the low rating is that I ordered a beet salad, but a beet was not to be found anywhere! Oops - they forgot the beets! Having said that, I will most definitely give this restaurant another chance and order from them again. I also hope to order a gluten free pizza in the future. I didn't see that option on the menu. If you are reading this review, please give them a try. Stuff happens.

Beet Salad with grilled chicken on top of it was totally cooked arugula and soggy. The chicken for delivery or takeout order should have been packaged separately from the salad. It went in the garbage, a waste of $20. I gave them a call and critique and said I understand they are new and don't want to be the first negative review, the owner called back to say it is normal protocol to package take away grilled chicken on top of a chilled salad (so the entire thing is cooked by the time it gets home). I asked them to credit the soggy salad, which I photographed but they declined. The broccoli rabe pizza was flavorful but the greens had been sautéed first and were totally drenched in oil without any draining or blotting, making the entire pizza overwhelmed with grease. We called to let them know our honest opinion, they offered to "take care of us" on a future visit but with so many good spots locally we have dined at or ordered delivery or taken out pizza from, and in the rare instance there is an issue it addressed with something other than "next time", we won't be back.

I have been looking for something similar to my Massachusetts "grinder". This wasn't it but it was still excellent. Next time I would order a side of sauce with it, but the bread was fresh and soft. The meatballs were great. I will definitely order from here again.

The pizza wasn't the best but it also wasn't the worst. I feel like it can stand a chance at a better rating if I were to dine in. The bread used for the garlic bread was phenomenal, though and the garlic knots were actually perfect...I think those 2 items were what really stole the show. I'm not opposed to getting pizza from here again, maybe I'll even try something else.
