They don't pay attention to the size of the items you order. Both my fries and shake were smaller than the size I ordered.

Don't try to order the Big Char Chile Double Burger Combo ... they either send a single patty version or some random chicken burger. 3 out of last 4 orders were botched. Sadness, cuz burger is good, if u can get it.
