It is good (normal Cava) but I'm fairly convinced they put less food in the bowls when you order via doordash. I have about 12 arugula leaves total and the total food doesn't even fill up to the line in the bowl (see photo) Greens + Grains Bowl.

Did not double my additions, but tasty. There was no double fiery broccoli, pita crisp, but they doubled the romaine.... also forgot my side dressings. Usually theyre great, but maybe today they were rushing.

I would have liked more lettuce and yes, I've had lighter falafel and wouldn't order the red pepper hummus again, but it truly was delicious. the Greens + Grains Bowl was a perfect option for getting my veggies in and the Greek vinaigrette was perfectly tangy. Cava is now a favorite.

CAVA is always fresh, delicious and good for you. Lamb Spicy Meatballs are my favorite!!!! Get some CAVA in your life!!!
