The chicken topping is poor quality—it’s made from shredded chicken thighs, but it includes not just meat, but a lot of cartilage as well. In my most recent order, there was barely any actual chicken meat, which was really disappointing. I won’t be ordering it again.

I absolutely love cava. It's my favorite fast causal spot. However, I was disappointed by this order. Why are portion sizes smaller when they are delivered via a third party app? Cava, I want more than 3 pieces of tiny chicken when I'm paying $1+ extra for harissa honey chicken.

For $18 I expected to have a nice, healthy sized salad...it was ok, the taste could have been better if there were more ingredients and not just a pinch of everything. I was def disappointed : (
