The Pita was made perfectly. The chicken is absolutely excellent and it was portioned very well. I will be getting the Blueberry Lavender again. It was absolutely delicious and the lavender doesn't taste too flowery just fruity. The only thing is I would appreciate stickers on the drinks and food to ensure it hasn't been tampered with.

My grain bowl was bursting with flavor and the portion this go round was perfect ! Cava is now my favorite place for the all the healthy tasty stuff .

The Pita was fantastic! Everything about it was flavorful and fresh. The chocolate chip blondie was tiny and way over- priced. Definitely not worth $2.30 for a small little square.

I had the greens and grains bowl and left no topping out - it was still the size of a kiddie meal. This place is delicious, but don't walk in too hungry and expect to be filled on one dish . You will pay the price of a large meal and be disappointed.

Grains Bowl was very good. The issue is that the volume of food varies. Sometimes the bowl is full and sometimes half. I always order a full portion. Therefore, you never know what you are going to get.
