I usually love to order here, this meal i got was very bad quality, the rice was old, the chicken was burned and the portion of chicken and rice was too little 3 bites in and straight lettuce $30 not worth it, not sure if i'll be ordering from here again, and i usually get this once a week

did not put safety seal on my bag and the salad lid was popped open the pita was out of the paper bag . the paper bag was not sealed it was open . They only gave me a small portion of the dressing. please add on the menu to be able to buy more dressing.

They forgot my sandwich in my order and then never answered their phone. I had to reorder the sandwich and it cost me $10 extra dollars with the fees. I ordered a salad and a wrap. How do you forget to put the wrap when it's on the receipt stapled to the bag? Really bad on the staff and highly disappointed.

Pita Chipsp were not included in my bag. My Greens + Grains Bowl was filled with liquid at the bottom, missing ingredients, and extremely small portions bowl was barely filled today. Dissapointing when I usually love everything they offer.
