I won't be ordering from cava if this is the new level of food quality. there's plenty of alternatives at a lower price point

Snubbed customers. Intentionally left out grilled chicken and offered no refund or substitute. Ordered for lunch via DoorDash and my entire bowl was missing chicken? It’s even on the receipt. Refund your customers and do better! Or better, don’t list chicken as an option if you don’t have it. I would’ve gladly ordered something else.
