This is my first time ordering Cava via door dash and yes i believe the portions are higher when I dine in, but once this was mixed together it was filling and just as delicious.

For the amount you pay they give you such a small portion of food. The bowl didn't even get filled up halfway. They also forgot my drink. Plus they take forever to prepare your food. Definitely not worth it.
