Cha Pa's pho ( Meat Lover) with short rib was awesome on a cold day like today. Vietnamese Spring Rolls were tasty and remained crispy on arrival. Pickled Daikon & Carrots 8oz needs more daikon. Overall, this is a great place to order from again.

Ordered the Special Pho and it was in good quantity. However, the broth came lukewarm and was unable to cook the rare meet. The tendon is not seasoned at all. Soup broth is okay, but not as good as other choices in town. The pho itself is also not entirely cooked and a bit too Al dente.

The broth container was half way full, the portion of the meat was also small and the noodles were very hard.
You can get larger portions and better tasting pho elsewhere

BBH lacks flavor and depth to the broth. The noodles are overcooked and enlarged. Very little meat and ham.

I love their Traditional Banh Mi (ground pork and ham). The Papaya shrimp salad was a bit disappointing: it's not seasoned with the dressing in advance like at other Vietnamese restaurants, they just provide dressing on the side. Mixing it up fresh at home doesnt do it - te salad is still dry.
