Bacon Cheddar Fries was so dry and cheese sauce everywhere, cooked too long ,no flavor at all, no salt and cold. USS Norfolk Sub (12") a whole head of lettuce, I think the mayo was trying to go bad, then they used cheap cheese slices that can be bought at Dollar tree instead of real cheese

How do you forget the tomato on a BLT? That's the T. Soggy lettuce and almost no bacon (bits). Not worth $14.

We order from Chanelo's all the time. Good pizza, great ingredients, excellent service. That's the norm. Don't know if we got a pizza maker in training, but there was no sauce on the pizza and ingredients skimpy. Not their norm. Just a heads up for the store for next time as we view this as an aberration and will be ordering from them again to get the normally great pizza.
