The cochinita are phenomenal. Juicy, fragrant, very good. Ye Quesadilla de Tinga de Pollo / Chicken Tinga Quesadilla this thing was mid to low, wouldnt recommend. The chicken wasnt tender and you sort of chewed it into a lump and spat it back out.
