The Mieng Kham is amazing. It has umami, it has sweetness, it has tart, it has spice, and it genuinely tastes like Thai food I've had in Thailand. This is the best Thai food I've had in America, they definitely use authentic ingredients like tamarind. You can taste it.

I got the Pad Thai with fried tofu and egg with medium spice and it was absolutely delicious. I love their noodles!
