The Short Rib was bit fatty. Tasty and tender but a lot of fat. Salad was super fresh and crunchy. Balsamic dressing is absolutely amazing.

Short Rib was really fatty. Wisconsin Cheese Curds were delicious. Salad was fresh but they forgot to include the salad dressing. Kind of disappointed with this meal.

Shrimp Scampi was seasoned well. Salad was delicious. Seasoned Rice was not seasoned. It had red onion and red peppers. Not good at all.
