This is my new favorite restaurant to order from in Knoxville. The Mongolian Beef is outstanding. I ordered it extra spicy, and the heat level was perfect. The portion sizes are also very generous. There is easily enough for 2 - 2.5 meals. The Vegetable Roll and Crab Rangoon (8) are also delicious.

The swee and sour Chicken could have more flavor in th sauce. Beef with Broccoli great taste just wish had more beef. And S7. Sesame Chicken was amazing! The Roast Pork Egg Roll was so so. The Wonton Egg Drop Soup has no flavor at all. Just really thick

Chen has some the best food around. My wife gets Wonton soup and I get the hot and sour and they're delicious! I also get two pork egg rolls. The rest of their food is also very very good. Highly recommended!!
