Chicken Minis were a mess - 80% of the bread was crumbled. They were crumbled so badly we couldn't make "sandwiches". This is also the 3rd time we haven't received the condiments requested (ketchup and honey).

Biscuit was old, dry, stale, chicken was hard and dry and room temperature. This was very clearly old food regardless of what the restaurant employee claims
