Bottom of bun was staled and rock hard. Fries were ice cold. Food looked and tasted old. Tasted like it was yesterday's food. First time my chick filet was ever this bad!

I am a frequent client of chick fil a. My special needs son loves the Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries®. But sometimes the fries are delivered overdone and hard. Not only that, I receive the leftover small pieces. I dont like to complain but I couldn't go and buy them myself and I depend on DoorDash to deliver them. I get them In a timely manner and most of the times they come nice and perfectly done. But this time they were not good. Hopefully next time they will be better.

amazing. tasty. sandwhich. especially with the chick fil a sauce. wow. taste bud heaven in a sauce. i could eat that sauce with everything. on fries. on my chicken. by itself. so many possibilities.
