The nuggets tasted odd, as if they were left in old oil. The fries were undercooked and unsalted. The only good part of the meal was the chocolate milkshake. I enjoy going to this Chicfila but something is obviously off today.

Best quality chicken for fast food, hands down! We go almost everyday! It's a must if you haven't tried it. Not one bad thing on the menu. Mac and cheese is my guilty pleasure!

Usually this is one of the most consistent places we eat, and the food is always great until today. I hope it's just a one time thing but my soup was bad, the beans were undercooked and there was no chicken in it at all. I know we'll eat with them again and I hope it'll be back to the goodness we've always enjoyed.

The caramel crumble milkshake is SOOOOO good! (Everything else was perfect as always, too, but ohmygoodness the butterscotch flavor of this shake is absolutely wonderful!) Well Done!
