I order from here several times a week and the fries are almost always great. But today they were so soft and gooey, it was gross. I couldn't eat them. I ordered during the lull after lunch rush so the frozen fries were probably sitting in the baskets by the fryer for awhile thawing out waiting to be put down to fry, which is a sure fire way to make them mushy. Very disappointing.

I ordered a large fried but there were only a few fries in the Box. It looked like the amount you'd get in a medium or small. They didn't even come up to the lowest part of the box.
