• DoorDash orderI get this order about once a week. Usually love it. Today the tortillas were hard/stale and the chicken "filet" was more the size of a nugget and didn't even cover half the size of tue biscuit.

• DoorDash orderThe bacon wasn't fried crispy in the Cobb Salad. I had to pick it out of the salad because it made me gag. Grilled chicken in the salad was good until I took the last bite. It was either raw or spoiled. Gagged again. Disappointed in Chick-fil-A.

• DoorDash orderI ordered the chicken with lettuce wrap instead of the bun, and normally the lettuce is wrapped perfectly around the chicken like a sandwich, but this time it was just thrown on the chicken. I tried to wrap it myself and the lettuce was not even big enough to wrap. I hope this is a isolated incident.
