chic -fil-A has the best chicken noodle soup around! Actually, it competes favorably with my own which always gets a SUPERB by family and friends. :>) We can't find any Mac and cheese that compares with theirs or their original or spicy chicken sandwich ! not sure what happened today with this establishment, but it was extremely disappointing. in fact it's the worst I've ever had from a chik fil a. everything was over cooked. I tried to cut my chicken sandwich w a sharp knife and was met w a crunch similar to a potato chip. the waffle fries were burnt and minimal in the box. and my 2 milkshakes were runny. I live only 4 min away so we can't blame the food sitting as an issue. this isn't the 1 st time food was sub standard from this location but it was tolerable to n extent... this.... again I don't know what happened here today but it was ridiculous for the amount of money charged. do better chik fil a innus, do better bc the next complaint will be to corporate.

The delivery was fine. The issue is with Chick-Fil-A. The bread was old and dried. At 7am in the morning? It shouldn't be dried out. The other is the iced coffee. This is the second time I've asked for iced coffee with NO cream and NO sugar. What do I get? Loads of sugar! And cream. Seriously, what is the point to provide options when you don't fulfill them?

Ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad and chicken was not seasoned and did not receive any of the toppings I get when inside or drive thru. Barely any beans or corn absolutely no spice. Door dash orders should be the same quality.
