This store is my favorite Chicken Express to order from. Every time I've ordered from them, they've knocked it out of the park and my chicken has always been juicy, my okra always fresh, and the drinks never flat or watery. Especially the last two times I've ordered - I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted, but have healed enough to the point where I can eat soft meats. I've asked them to lightly fry my chicken both times, and they did! Most stores would just not do that and just give me whatever they had on hand, but not this one. They've continuously gone above and beyond, and I appreciate them more than they'll probably ever know.

Not the usual great food I get from Chicken Express.

I order Chicken Express alot. I cant believe u guys send me chicken that i took 2 bites , i was finished. Very upset about. Fries very small amount.

Normally we love this chicken and this is the first time we've ever gotten burnt and dried chicken. This was dark meat which is usually moist. Hate to see what it would have been like with white meat. Maybe a new cook or maybe this is what you get when you order an hour before closing time!
