Terrible, rice was so horribly undercooked it was crunchy. Eggs rolls, which were a replacement for my Fried Biscuits (5) that they wouldn't refund so I didn't want them, were rancid. They need to clean their fryers. The breading on my F24. Sesame Chicken was disgusting. plus I paid 5 extra for a fried rice addition to my meal and got just a small tin of fried rice and no white rice. why is it 5 dollars extra to swap for fried rice? This place is a scam, go to 888 or Panda Express. They may not be perfect but at least they don't treat you like you don't know what food is. RUN!!!!!!

The food was absolutely terrible and I'm not even a food snob. If it was even mall quality Chinese food I would be VERY happy. The sesame chicken was HARD and stale like it was leftovers and they just refried and added more sauce. when you broke it open you could see the dry hard chicken inside. same with the sweet and sour pork. very very hard and they didn't even bother to stir fry it in the sauce. they just drizzled some on so most of it was just bare hard batter covered dry pork. the beef and broccoli had a thick brown sauce... real thick. it's as if they added too much cornstarch to everything or just used a sauce from a bottle... but made in Nebraska! the low mein was so soft it was almost mushy. yes that's right.. mushy. I work in an operating room so I couldn't leave the hospital to return it myself nor did I have the time to call and complain. I had ordered enough to bring home for dinner for my kids.. 4, 6 and 9yrs old. They have low standards guys. but even they said everything was hard and "weird". Total waste of money. I made sure to write a review because EVERYTHING was bad, and not just 1 thing which I could forgive. don't waste your money. I wasted over $60

the pepper steak, i didn't care for. the steak was kind of tough. flavor was good though. I had vegtable fried rice which i really liked also the other stuff i had, egg roll and what I thought was going to be the little Mini Drum Sticks was not good. from now on I'll just get the vegtable fried rice.

You got a lot of food but there isnt any taste, very bland and the hard noodles had a stale flavor. They forgot the extra soy, sweet and sour and the utensils.
